Orders need to be processed before they can be shipped. The time you wait to receive your package is made up of the processing time and the shipping time.
An order status of "Processing" means that your order has been checked and is in the process of being processed. Processing time is required because we need to confirm your contact details and delivery address, sort the item(s), carry out a rigorous quality check and pack the item(s). When your order is properly packaged, it will be handed over to the shipping company.
An order status of "Shipping" means that your item(s) have started to be dispatched and you can track your order once the tracking number has been updated by the courier. As the entire shipping process involves international shipping, the package may be in transit or going through customs. During this time, the tracking number will not be updated until the courier picks up the package. You can wait 10 days for the tracking number to be updated for Expedited Express and 20 days for Ocean Shipping. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require assistance with the shipping status of your order.

A. Processing time is calculated from the time you pay and the order is verified (verification email will be sent after payment).
B. You may change your mind after placing an order, including but not limited to: change to another colour, size, style or product, change of address. In this case, the processing time will be calculated from the time the order details are finally confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent with the updated estimated delivery time.
C. During holidays, the processing time may be longer than usual. We will notify you in advance.

B. Within 1-2 business days after your order has been successfully dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking number of your order by sending an email to the registered email address.
C. We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. For the US territories, please leave a note when placing your order. For example, if your address is in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could write Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Delivery charges will vary depending on the items you have selected, your address and the delivery method you have chosen. The specified shipping cost can be seen at checkout.
A. Check that you have selected the correct country/region and entered the correct address;
B. A range of applicable shipping methods will be displayed, along with their estimated duration and fee (as shown below).
3. How do I estimate delivery time?
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)
The Estimated Delivery Date is when we expect to ship your order based on your country/region and the shipping method you have selected. Processing time is counted along with Shipping Time.
The Estimated Delivery Date may be affected by our stock availability, processing capacity and unforeseen factors such as strikes or natural disasters. We will notify you in advance if there are any factors that may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the following situations
A. Contact information or delivery address is changed/corrected after the order is placed;
B. The product(s) in your order are re-specified, such as changing to a different colour, size, etc., after the order has been placed;
C. The first delivery attempt is within the estimated delivery date. If the courier has made a first attempt to deliver within the Estimated Delivery Date but you missed it/arranged a collection/the address was invalid, we are not liable for the time when you could have actually received the package;
D. Your delivery address is in a remote area.
