What if I didn’t receive an email about delivery?
Once you have placed your order, we usually need 7-10 working days to prepare it. This is to ensure that your order is correct. We will then be able to dispatch your order.
We will send you an email after dispatch or if there is a delay.
To ensure that you receive the email on time, please make sure that you are logged on to the correct email account, and if not, please check your junk/spam folder first.
