Why is my tracking number invalid?

If you can find a tracking number in your order history, this means that the package has been shipped.

The package is first shipped from our warehouse. The package is then flown to the carrier's processing centre. Then each carrier picks up the package at the airport. Once they have scanned the parcels, the website will update the tracking numbers.

After shipment from our terminal, it may take 3-5 days to see any activity. If you arrive at the next station, please allow the courier some time to update the tracking information.
