Order Acceptance

Applicable Laws

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong as such laws apply to agreements between Hong Kong residents entered into and to be performed in Hong Kong. Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of this Site shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Hong Kong Department of Justice.
